About the Role
Developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Supporting the building of project controls capabilities, including creating cost and schedule baselines, tracking, forecasting, and change‑management tools. Performing process capability studies, statistical analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets. Conducting research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes using lean tools. Working closely with division OPEX resources to drive continuous improvement programs, utilizing EBS resources such as ProLaunch, OpA, and BPI. Designing and planning equipment layouts that maximize production velocity and material flow, and implementing process monitoring to facilitate a digital factory. Troubleshooting manufacturing process problems. Collaborating with division leadership, functional leaders, and site managers to align project‑management resources and initiatives with key business objectives. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum three years of process design and improvement or operations management experience, with at least one year in manufacturing. No relocation is available; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Santa Ana, CA and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Prior experience in facility management and consolidation, PMP certification, and project‑management experience. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering. • Minimum 3 years of process design/improvement or operations management experience, including at least 1 year in manufacturing. • Reside within 50 miles of Santa Ana, CA; no relocation; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Prior facility management and consolidation experience; PMP certification preferred. • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
