About the Role

The Senior Contract Administrator will lead the administration of contracts throughout the construction phase and into the operational phase of the MetroLink project. This includes managing consultancy and advisor contracts, overseeing the contract manual, handling claims, organising meetings and communications, and ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately. • Lead contract administration for construction and operational phases of MetroLink, overseeing consultancy and advisor contracts. • Manage contract manual, processes, and procedures for claims, meetings, and communications, ensuring timely issue resolution. • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems for audit and reference. • Oversee financial management operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and accurate record‑keeping. • Implement contract administration systems such as CEMAR during procurement. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout construction and operational stages.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings over seven years of contract administration experience, with at least five years leading such activities on high‑value metro‑rail or similarly complex projects, including large PPP contracts. A strong commercial and legal awareness, ability to drive best‑practice technical processes, and experience engaging stakeholders at all levels are essential. Excellent communication, relationship management and governance skills are also required. • Provide over 7 years contract administration experience, including 5 years leading high‑value metro rail or similar projects and PPP contracts. • Demonstrated ability to draft complex commercial agreements and manage contractual risks. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels. • Proven experience driving technical best practices, process improvement, and quality management in construction. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of governing outcomes and delivering high‑quality service.
