About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Director – Project Management on a permanent basis. In this role you will represent Mace to key clients, lead teams, provide clear direction, coach and support staff to reach their full potential. • Oversee project timelines and budgets, identifying risks and mitigation strategies. • Manage delivery of projects for external/third‑party clients from inception through post‑completion. • Ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations and communicate strategies to all parties. • Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance to project teams. • Lead client, consultant, and external stakeholder teams to meet client expectations. • Drive collaboration among all parties involved. • Produce integrated design and authority programmes linked to procurement and delivery schedules. • Manage timely delivery through design, planning, procurement and construction phases according to programme milestones. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies, programmes and initiatives. • Deliver continuous process improvements using best practices and lessons learned. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and development for people and teams.

What You Bring
