About the Role
• Define a complex project timeline and lead a cross-functional team to meet the timeline. • Define and manage a budget for engineering resources, product cost and capital expense. • Take ownership of development tasks and drive them to completion in a timely manner. • Create an effective team environment and lead cross-functional teams with some members in different locations. • Build relationships with business and functional group managers at all levels. • Understand and lead the Product Development process from concepting to market launch.

What You Bring
• Experience with innovation of new products including customer research and conceptualization. • Direct PM experience of volume-produced, electro-mechanical products. • 3 or more years’ R&D experience developing mechanical or electro-mechanical products from concept to commercialization. • Proficiency in MS Project, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar. • Demonstrate problem solving skills and ability to facilitate effective decisions. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering, technical, or business field. • 2 years of demonstrated success working as a project manager, project engineer or team leader. • Demonstrate strong verbal presentation and written communication skills from task assignments to executive reporting. • In-depth understanding of project management and team leadership principles. PMBOK knowledge and/or PMP certification is a plus.
