About the Role

• Embed biodiversity at feasibility and design stages. • Manage surveys, assessments and consultant commissions. • Deliver biodiversity metric and gain plans. • Support urban greening and nature‑based solutions. • Manage stakeholder engagement and offset strategies. • Provide technical assurance, GIS mapping and reporting. • Support construction delivery, ECoW and licensing. • Advise clients, deliver bids and mentor staff. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and inspire people to develop and excel.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a degree in ecology with several years of professional experience, possess strong technical and analytical skills, and be working towards or hold professional accreditation, including a UK driving licence. • Degree‑qualified ecologist with at least five years’ professional experience. • Strong capability in biodiversity net gain delivery, habitat surveys and reporting. • Competent in natural capital, ecosystem services and UGF delivery. • Proficient in GIS with strong technical and analytical skills. • Professional accreditation or working towards chartership and a UK driving licence. • Client focus – own quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long‑term client relationships.
