About the Role
In your new role you will identify and drive new opportunities within the market, targeting solutions, new customers and segments. You will activate and utilise sales processes to manage and maintain a 12‑month rolling order book and pipeline with both existing and new customers. Regular market analysis and intelligence gathering, including competitor activity and industry trends, will inform your strategy. You will also achieve territory and team objectives aligned with the region’s Sales Incentive Scheme, while handling routine administration. • Drive new sales opportunities and expand the customer base in North Brisbane. • Maintain a 12‑month rolling order book and sales pipeline. • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity and industry trends. • Achieve territory and team targets aligned with the sales incentive scheme. • Utilize customer, market, and industry insights to shape solution offerings. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Present product value propositions to Tier 1‑3 customers. • Access ongoing training in sustainability, digital, and value selling.

Within this territory, you will be key in understanding our customers' known and unknown challenges and opportunities. As an influencer and leveraging customer insights, you will thrive on identifying the right solutions from our offer portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with more than three years of field sales experience in a relevant sector, preferably industrial. You should understand how to extract customer, market and industry insights to shape direction, and be comfortable with sales process methodology. Strong commercial and critical‑thinking skills, a positive and influential presence, and the ability to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders are essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities, along with experience translating product features into a value proposition for Tier 1‑3 customers, are also required. • Leverage over three years of field sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
