About the Role
• Develop event briefs, timelines, and success metrics with the Director of Marketing. • Create and manage budgets for each event. • Collaborate with Sales to align events with pipeline development and customer engagement. • Source, evaluate, and manage vendors including booth builders, designers, logistics, print, and promotional suppliers. • Oversee booth design to clearly communicate ON.energy’s value proposition and leadership. • Manage production, shipping, installation, and teardown of booths and materials. • Ensure booth layouts support effective traffic flow and sales engagement. • Handle pre‑show logistics, contracts, payments, and scheduling. • Coordinate travel, hotels, and transportation for event staff. • Lead on‑site setup, execution, and teardown; act as primary point of contact. • Provide real‑time troubleshooting to ensure seamless event execution. • Coordinate trade‑show materials such as signage, collateral, presentations, video loops, merchandise, and giveaways. • Maintain inventory of all event‑related assets. • Travel to major trade shows to oversee booth construction, vendor performance, and on‑site logistics. • Support Sales teams during events to maintain a professional, consistent brand presence.

What You Bring
Working closely with Sales and Marketing, the manager ensures each event aligns with business objectives, supports pipeline goals, and delivers a consistent, high‑impact brand experience. The position requires frequent travel, hands‑on setup, and real‑time problem solving in fast‑paced, on‑site environments. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in event management or experiential marketing, preferably in energy, technology, or AI infrastructure sectors, and possess strong project‑management, vendor‑management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. The role demands up to 40–60 % travel during peak periods and proficiency with event planning tools, budgeting, and logistics coordination. • 2–5 years experience in event management, trade shows, or experiential marketing. • Preferred experience in energy, technology, AI infrastructure, hardware, or industrial sectors. • Strong project‑management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent events. • Excellent vendor‑management, negotiation, and communication abilities. • Comfortable with hands‑on physical event setup in fast‑paced environments. • Ability to travel up to 40‑60% during peak periods. • Effective cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership. • Proficiency with event planning tools, budgeting, and logistics coordination.
