About the Role
The position involves diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems, performing routine inspections, installing equipment and ductwork where applicable, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and documenting all work while adhering to safety standards. • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential/commercial HVAC systems • Perform routine maintenance and inspections • Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components (install roles) • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues • Communicate system performance and recommendations to customers • Maintain accurate service documentation • Follow safety procedures and company standards

What You Bring
Candidates should have prior HVAC experience, an EPA certification (or the ability to obtain one), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent customer service and communication skills; they must be able to work independently and collaboratively. • Prior HVAC experience (service, maintenance, installation) preferred • EPA certification required or ability to obtain • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent customer service and communication skills
