About the Role

In this role you will partner with school leaders, administrators and facilities teams, working alongside architects, engineers and consultants to solve complex constraints and deliver safe, high‑quality environments. Your expertise in permitting, zoning, construction methodologies, financial controls, building codes and contract administration will keep projects compliant, cost‑effective and on schedule. • Manage client goals, schedule and budget across multiple stakeholders. • Lead one or more concurrent construction projects from concept to closeout, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery. • Build strong client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions. • Oversee project management processes, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and managing team dynamics. • Identify, assess and mitigate scheduling, logistics, cost, and quality issues; negotiate claims and change orders. • Review project documents (drawings, specifications, budgets, contracts) for compliance, value engineering and constructibility. • Prepare and review project reports, budgets, schedules, presentations, insurance logs and other documentation.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Madison, CT team, preferably with private‑school experience, to lead campus improvements for independent and private K‑12 schools, including modern classrooms, STEM labs, arts, athletics and student‑life facilities. • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management or a related field. • Minimum 5 years experience in building design, construction, architecture, or engineering. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, financial controls, building codes and contract law. • Proven client‑relation skills and experience with design, construction and FF&E processes. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and deliverables. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
