About the Role
The Food & Beverage Server role involves providing excellent service in the grill area, maintaining a clean and professional workspace, and ensuring all guests receive prompt, courteous attention. Employees are expected to uphold high standards of cleanliness, follow all steps of service, and adhere to state alcohol regulations while delivering food and beverage orders. • Maintain a clean, professional work area at all times. • Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and food in the grill area. • Follow state regulations for alcohol service and consumption. • Serve hot and cold food promptly. • Follow steps of service: greet, upsell, establish rapport, serve, pre‑bus, thank, and invite guests back. • Collect payments for beverages and food served. • Keep the bar/grill area tidy and free of clutter. • Perform general cleaning tasks according to health standards. • Utilize the Micros system and complete end‑of‑shift reports. • Maintain regular attendance per company standards. • Fulfill reasonable requests from management.

What You Bring
Hilton Grand Vacations seeks candidates with a team‑first attitude, at least one year of bartending or serving experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include Alcohol Awareness and Food Safety certifications.
