About the Role
The Maintenance Technician III leads a team in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment, designs solutions for complex problems, and manages maintenance projects. • Lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. • Design solutions for complex maintenance challenges and manage related projects. • Mentor and train junior and contract technicians. • Promote a safe working environment and audit preventative maintenance procedures. • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, relay logic, PLCs, sensors, motor starters, and related components. • Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, parts, and equipment usage. • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams. • Apply Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) to create and manage documentation.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma, over four years of experience with material handling equipment, preventative maintenance, blueprint reading, CMMS, and PLCs, as well as experience mentoring junior staff and vendor management. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, work at heights, use aerial lifts, and operate in a warehouse with varying temperatures while adhering to PPE requirements. • Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, use aerial lifts, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
