About the Role

Key duties include managing daily operations such as maintenance, capital projects, budgeting, lease administration, collections, evictions, and marketing. The manager provides superior resident service to boost satisfaction and renewals, mentors on‑site teams, develops marketing programs, and models the company’s mission while ensuring policy compliance. • Oversee operations, maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, and lease administration for high‑rise multifamily properties. • Provide exceptional resident and prospect service to increase satisfaction, renewals, and revenue. • Lead, mentor, and manage on‑site teams including leasing, maintenance, and customer service staff. • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth. • Ensure compliance with policies, handle collections, evictions, and vacancy forecasting. • Supervise staff hiring, performance evaluations, and turnover reduction initiatives. • Manage community budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting responsibilities. • Travel regularly to multiple property sites and coordinate special projects as assigned.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least three years of high‑rise multifamily experience, be detail‑oriented, and able to travel regularly to multiple sites. Experience in supervising staff, creating and maintaining budgets, maintaining confidentiality, and proficiency with Yardi or similar software is required. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and a real‑estate license is required by state law. The position also requires five or more years of property management experience and at least five years in a management role. The role operates primarily in a professional office setting but requires frequent travel between properties and exposure to varying weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with travel comprising up to 25% of work time. • Required: 5+ years property management, 3+ years high‑rise experience, supervisory experience, Yardi proficiency, real‑estate license.
