• Organizational structure and behavior, and collaboration with various operations' business partners • Financial analysis, business justification, and decision-making processes • Systems knowledge • Skills to identify process gaps and inefficiencies • Current student (graduating class of 2027) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related business areas • Ability to work full‑time during the Summer of 2026 (up to 40 hours per week) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them to real business cases • Fluency in French is considered an asset
