About the Role

The Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician leads service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. This role supports the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems, managing projects, and training and mentoring service and contract technicians. Day‑to‑day duties include promoting a safe work environment, maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems, and leading preventative‑maintenance audits. The technician installs and maintains relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, motor starters, and other equipment, while creating and closing work orders with detailed labor, equipment, and parts data. What You Bring

Required qualifications are a high‑school diploma or equivalent, flexible schedule availability, three or more years of preventative‑maintenance experience, blueprint and schematic reading skills, and work‑order management experience. Preferred qualifications include an associate or higher degree in mechanical or electrical fields, five or more years with automated conveyors and controls, leadership and vendor‑management experience, robotic maintenance expertise, and familiarity with CMMS and MHE safety standards. • Meet required qualifications: high‑school diploma, 3+ years preventative maintenance, blueprint reading, work‑order management. • Preferred qualifications: associate degree in mechanical/electrical, 5+ years automated conveyor experience, leadership, vendor management, robotic maintenance, CMMS proficiency. • Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk 12‑hour shifts, and travel up to 20 % of the time.
