About the Role
• Lead and manage requirements development and analysis with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, QA analysts, and customers. • Actively contribute ~50% of time to the codebase by writing, reviewing, and debugging code. • Conduct gap analysis between application and customer requirements; collaborate with architects and developers to estimate impact. • Support project plans, schedules, and resource allocation with the Offer Technical Lead. • Assist the squad in work decomposition, sequencing, and effort sizing while coding. • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks using technical and strategic insights. • Lead creation of design specifications (Definition of Done) and contribute technical expertise. • Leverage customer knowledge of power management systems to ensure consistent feature development across market segments. • Apply an Agile framework and mindset to offer creation and hands‑on development tasks. • Document functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria informed by coding experience.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • 5+ years hands‑on software development experience with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, Git, CI/CD, ADO, Angular/React. • 3+ years experience in the energy and power management domain (preferred). • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to bridge business and technical domains. • Solid understanding of software systems, databases, and development practices. • Critical thinking and analytical skills for problem‑solving and strategic planning. • Effective time management balancing coding, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration. • Demonstrated leadership, influencing without authority, and vision setting. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and squad‑based environments.

Benefits
The position is based in the United States with a total compensation range of $133,000‑$147,000 per year, including base pay and short‑term incentive. Pay is determined by performance, skills, experience, and education within the salary band.
