About the Role

We are seeking a BIM Structural Engineer to lead and manage the BIM process for large‑scale infrastructure projects. The role involves developing BIM execution plans, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards, supporting project teams, and facilitating collaboration among designers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. • Develop and implement BIM execution plans, workflows, protocols, and quality‑control measures. • Set up the Common Data Environment and orient project teams. • Apply BIM standards and ISO 19650 information‑management workflows. • Create and customize Revit families; use Dynamo for automation and parametric design. • Coordinate design teams to build BIM models and support BIM technicians in producing design drawings. • Lead interdisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution using BIM tools. • Manage and maintain BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle ensuring accuracy and integrity. • Provide BIM training, mentorship, and technical support to project staff. • Research and evaluate emerging BIM technologies and computational design methods; recommend improvements. • Ensure compliance with LOD requirements and project execution plans.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years BIM coordination experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, or rail stations. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; proficient in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, ProjectWise, and Dynamo; knowledge of Python, C#, or add‑in development is a plus. • Strong communication, collaboration, problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, COBie) and BIM certification (RICS, Autodesk) preferred.
