About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II will efficiently perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and support the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing the overall maintenance programs. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance tasks. • Assist the Service Manager with community needs and tasks. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy. • Support resident functions and community events. • Contribute to the community preservation and preventive maintenance plan.

What You Bring
