About the Role
In this role you will provide senior technical and delivery leadership on complex transmission projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will lead transmission engineering workstreams, shape strategy, solve technical challenges, and drive planning and development of large‑scale grid infrastructure nationwide. Collaboration with delivery partners, multidisciplinary teams, and Major Project Delivery Leads will ensure alignment of technical, commercial, and program objectives. • Provide senior technical and delivery leadership on complex transmission projects as a trusted client advisor. • Lead transmission engineering workstreams, shaping strategy and solving technical challenges. • Drive transmission planning and development for large‑scale grid infrastructure nationwide. • Collaborate with delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Align technical, commercial, and program objectives with Major Project Delivery Leads and external partners. • Manage major client work packages and act as senior delivery lead on complex programs. • Integrate diverse technical disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes. • Mentor engineers and develop multidisciplinary team capability within a consultancy environment. • Support professional accreditation, chartership, internal training, and mentoring programs. • Provide competitive salary, peer rewards, service milestone awards, and employee savings/cashback programmes.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has a proven engineering background and is recognised as a technical leader in delivering major Australian transmission projects. You must be capable of operating as a senior delivery lead on complex programs, managing major client work packages, and possessing strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of the Australian transmission market. Experience integrating diverse technical disciplines and mentoring engineers within a consultancy environment is also required. • Demonstrated engineering expertise and technical leadership in delivering major Australian transmission projects. • Exhibit strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of the Australian transmission market.
