About the Role
• Deliver cost management services throughout all project phases across multiple sectors. • Lead discipline‑specific areas using advanced technical knowledge to support project decisions. • Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection. • Apply value management techniques to enhance project outcomes and cost efficiency. • Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders. • Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution. • Maintain cost control during the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting. • Evaluate contractor claims, manage design change impacts, and mentor Cost Consultants. • Champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment, prioritizing wellbeing and compliance with health and safety regulations. • Lead cost management services, delivering high‑quality estimating, procurement, and cost planning while building long‑term client relationships. • Ensure fiscally and ethically viable operations, aligning with business objectives and legislative compliance. • Mentor, coach, and develop teams, fostering effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
