About the Role

• Assist the project engineer with engineering calculations. • Draft engineering plans using CADD software per project engineer directions. • Address plan review comments from the project engineer. • Collaborate with technical and design staff on billable client work. • Work alongside junior and senior engineers to meet project deadlines. • Network with Colliers professionals to gain consulting experience. • Work across multiple disciplines with other interns and staff.

What You Bring

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking interns to join the Highway Engineering team in Conshohocken, PA for the Summer 2026 term. The role is open to civil engineering students in the United States who are at least in their sophomore year or higher, including graduate students, and who have an interest in highways, roadways, and transportation engineering. • Currently enrolled in an engineering program at a U.S. university or college. • Eligible to work in the United States. • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Experience with CADD (AutoCAD or MicroStation) preferred. • Knowledge of Transportation Engineering II is a plus. • Prior internship experience and strong communication skills are a plus. • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job‑related communications.
