About the Role
As a trusted advisor, you will ensure buildings operate comfortably and efficiently, addressing service‑related issues and delivering solutions that enhance performance. • Adhere to the company Safety Program • Perform mechanical installations and drive results • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems • Respond to basic warranty service calls • Keep JCI, contractors, and customers informed of job progress • Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency • Prepare quotes to support recommendations and upselling opportunities
