About the Role

The successful candidate will profitably grow the Kimberly-Clark Professional™ business through our distributor network and direct customers in hotels, healthcare, large offices, food processing and manufacturing. While leveraging an extensive existing customer base, the person is also expected to identify and develop new business opportunities, delivering an outstanding customer experience and exceeding performance targets. • Achieve Net Sales, Operating Profit and KPI targets, including new business and customer loyalty metrics. • Build and maintain relationships with owners, managers, distributors, logistics, purchasing, e‑commerce and infection‑prevention contacts in Greater Sydney. • Develop and execute customer plans to meet activity and sales targets on time. • Prepare pricing and tender quotations using internal revenue analytics. • Represent Kimberly-Clark Professional at customer events, exhibitions and industry association meetings. • Work with the central customer experience team to solve client issues.
