About the Role
The role of Canvass Manager involves leading a door‑to‑door marketing team to generate leads and raise local awareness. Managers recruit, train, coach and motivate high‑performing canvassers, attend weekly management meetings, and deliver reporting and ROI metrics that meet business goals. The position also serves as the public face of Mad City, communicating directly with prospects. • Lead door‑to‑door marketers to generate leads and boost local awareness • Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate a high‑performing canvassing team • Attend weekly management meetings and provide ROI reporting • Serve as the public, face‑to‑face communicator for Mad City • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Perform standing, stooping, bending and reaching during canvassing

What You Bring
