About the Role
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a dynamic workload, balancing quality, responsiveness, and candidate experience. • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies based on market insights. • Source and attract talent via job boards, networking, social platforms, referrals, and passive outreach. • Promote job openings through marketing initiatives, social sharing, and employee referrals. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Coordinate interviews, phone screens, debriefs, and guide structured selection processes. • Provide interview coaching to hiring managers. • Negotiate employment offers in collaboration with HR stakeholders. • Maintain accurate ATS documentation for transparency and compliance. • Support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. • Assist senior talent management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement and best‑practice sharing.

What You Bring
Location: Remote, with a preference for Denver, CO or Austin, TX, and flexibility to hire in other U.S. locations near a Weston office. This primarily remote position encourages occasional presence in a local office to support collaboration and team visibility. • 3–6 years of recruiting experience with high‑volume hiring results. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience. • Proficient with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). • Experience creating sourcing strategies. • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and professional presence across phone, virtual, and in‑person interactions. • Resilient, proactive mindset with a sense of urgency. • Ability to prioritize and manage high‑volume requisitions. • Demonstrated leadership in interviewing and selection processes. • Excellent time‑management and follow‑through. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. • Ability to travel occasionally. • Professional certifications such as SHRM‑CP, AIRS, or related credentials (preferred).
