About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our Sourcing and Procurement team for a prestigious technology company. This role will lead strategic procurement initiatives across APAC, EMEA and AMER, driving vendor management, compliance and contract governance. As a trusted advisor to both the client and JLL leadership, you will oversee a comprehensive procurement portfolio covering strategic sourcing, vendor performance and contract oversight. • Develop and execute annual procurement strategy and category plans for high‑value categories across APAC, EMEA and AMER. • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including market analysis, supplier negotiations, tendering and contract negotiations. • Oversee vendor performance management with quarterly scorecards, KPI tracking and supplier review meetings. • Manage contract governance, ensuring centralized visibility, compliance monitoring and resolution of escalated issues. • Conduct compliance activities such as annual vendor audits, insurance renewals, modern slavery reporting and governance adherence. • Implement process improvements and automation to boost procurement reporting accuracy and operational efficiency globally. • Maintain strategic stakeholder relationships with Atlassian and JLL leadership, providing performance updates and risk mitigation. • Lead and develop multi‑region procurement teams, ensuring consistent vendor governance and compliance reporting.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or equivalent; CIPS qualification preferred. • Minimum 8 years of strategic procurement, sourcing, contract management and vendor governance experience. • Proven global sourcing expertise, especially in Integrated Facilities Management categories. • Strong contract negotiation skills with a track record of favorable outcomes. • High proficiency in procurement systems such as Jaggaer, Aravo and Corrigo, and strong data analytics. • In‑depth knowledge of compliance standards including insurance, licensing, background checks and modern slavery. • Ability to influence senior executives and manage stakeholder relationships across regions. • Experience leading multi‑region procurement programs with cultural sensitivity.
