• Service and maintain complex HVAC Building Automation Systems to ensure optimal performance. • Diagnose and repair control system malfunctions, testing and modifying software across multiple programming languages. • Communicate with customers on site, explaining service progress, issues, and potential enhancements. • Create detailed field sketches and documentation to support engineering updates and system commissioning. • Provide technical guidance to the team and customers, recommending system upgrades and replacements.

What You Bring

The role involves on-site interaction with clients and collaboration with engineering and installation groups to ensure reliable system operation. Candidates should possess a solid background in HVAC controls and software troubleshooting. • Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC and building automation. • Proficient in HVAC system controls troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building automation functions. • Working knowledge of MS Office, file structures, and Visio. • Familiarity with BACnet, LON, and Modbus communication protocols. • Ability to troubleshoot and program BAS controls (function blocks, scripts, graphics). • Clear, concise communication of project status, challenges, and solutions.
