About the Role
The Regional Sales Executive will deliver profitable, incremental revenue within an assigned geography, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with manufacturers, site owners, third‑party management companies, engineering and consulting firms, general contractors and other clients to support their strategic plans. The executive is responsible for both new‑business acquisition and retention of existing accounts. Regular meetings with clients introduce the full suite of service offerings—including Industrial Services, Field Services, Emergency Response, Site Remediation, Waste Transportation and Disposal—and uncover opportunities to expand those services. Key responsibilities include building and managing a robust sales funnel, seeking opportunities across the full range of environmental solutions, and expanding revenue within existing accounts. The executive creates and communicates account plans that detail growth opportunities, risk ratings and retention strategies, and utilizes the CRM daily to document activities and develop detailed prospect profiles.

What You Bring
Staying informed on market behavior and competitive trends enables the executive to anticipate changing customer needs. A thorough knowledge of the company’s services, lines of business and pricing structures allows the executive to propose additional solutions such as total waste‑stream management to drive profitable growth. The role requires weekly travel with occasional overnight stays, and the completion of customer service agreements, reports and other paperwork in accordance with company policy. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of generating new business in the environmental field, strong technical expertise in environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to produce high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment are required. Minimum qualifications include an equivalent combination of education and five years of relevant waste or industry experience, at least two years of direct selling experience in a customer‑facing role, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to attend industry events. The salary range is $95,000‑$130,550, dependent on locality, with a bonus plan.
