About the Role

The role emphasizes a strong commitment to quality, continuously seeking improvements across all functions. Employees perform quality checks as directed, create and update manufacturing orders for fabricated items, and load production plans into machine software, addressing any exception messages that arise. Material handling duties include locating fabricated components in designated racks, carts, or GO locations, conducting inventory counts, and managing inventory transactions. Timely receipt and processing of material kitting orders support production schedules, while incoming raw material is handled according to established inventory procedures. • Perform quality checks and continuously improve job functions • Create/update manufacturing orders and load production plans, handling exceptions • Locate fabricated material in racks, carts, or GO locations • Conduct inventory counts and manage inventory transactions • Receive and process material kitting orders to meet production schedules • Process incoming raw material following inventory procedures • Follow all safety and industrial hygiene standards, using proper PPE

What You Bring

Candidates must have relevant experience in manufacturing, distribution, or the military, along with extensive forklift operation background. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required, and the position does not include relocation assistance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Vista, DMM, AS400, and Mapics, as well as the ability to work with large data tables, is essential. • Minimum 18 months experience in manufacturing, distribution, or military settings • At least 2–3 years forklift operation experience (sit‑down or stand‑up) • 2+ years warehouse experience in an industrial environment • Active‑Duty military candidates exempt from geographic limitation • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Vista, DMM, AS400, and Mapics • Ability to work with large data tables and operate a forklift with or without accommodation
