Job Highlights
About the Role
• Maintain cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public areas while delivering outstanding customer service. • Inspect assigned units and common areas to ensure they meet resort quality standards. • Clean units and public areas as assigned. • Report quality issues to management and ensure corrective actions are taken. • Conduct written inspections on units per management direction. • Replace missing inventory items within units. • Report maintenance problems and suspicious activities to management and security. • Secure all department assets and supplies in storage. • Assist in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventories.

What You Bring
