About the Role
Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. This position focuses on delivering memorable travel experiences to customers through our retail channels. You will lead a high‑performing team of five to seven Sales Representatives, coaching them to engage customers and sell vacation packages. The role offers uncapped commission, with the team typically closing sales in under ten minutes, resulting in satisfied vacationers and strong earnings for both reps and the manager. • Lead and manage a team of 5‑7 Sales Representatives. • Drive sales of vacation packages in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® retail locations. • Coach reps to engage customers and close sales quickly (under 10 minutes). • Ensure high earnings through uncapped commission structures. • Foster a collaborative, dynamic work environment.
