About the Role
As a Front Desk Clerk you will ensure every interaction with owners or guests is positive and memorable, handling check‑in and check‑out, responding to requests, and maintaining accurate records in the computerized reservations system. You will resolve unit availability, assist with reservations or changes, generate invoices, collect payments, and manage safety deposit boxes. Additionally you will coordinate housekeeping and maintenance work orders, restock the front desk, provide information on attractions and amenities, and prepare correspondence and reports for management. • Update and maintain reservation records in the computer system • Resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservation changes • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise • Manage safety deposit boxes • Receive and forward housekeeping and maintenance work orders • Restock front desk supplies and prepare arrival packets • Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities • Prepare correspondence and reports for management

What You Bring
• Positive, memorable guest interactions during check‑in/out and request handling • Proficient English communication (verbal and written) • Courteous, professional demeanor with upset guests • Flexibility to adapt schedule and cover short‑notice shifts • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines • Minimum six months customer‑service experience • Preferred: Front Desk/Guest Services experience • Preferred: Cash/credit‑card transaction handling • Preferred: Resort hospitality background
