About the Role
All Con Edison employees must follow health, safety, and environmental policies and share responsibility for the company’s three corporate priorities: safety of people and the public, operational excellence, and delivering the best possible customer experience. • Conduct business process reviews for outage management and engineering activities. • Support major AMI initiatives including Outage Management improvement, Conservation Voltage Optimization implementation, sensor integration, selective load shedding, and AI/data analytics pilots. • Design and document new business processes, SOPs, and training materials. • Develop and deliver training classes, including train‑the‑trainer sessions. • Assist with data analytics projects using AMI data.
