About the Role
The MAC Team Lead oversees people supervision, planning, and delivery of facility moves, adds, change projects, furniture installation, and sustainable furniture and office decommissioning. This role ensures projects meet client requirements, TFMS deliverables, and regulatory standards while supporting corporate goals. In the people leadership domain, the lead fully participates in talent recruitment, onboarding, and retention. They mentor, coach, and evaluate team members, manage performance reviews, develop improvement plans, and recommend compensation adjustments, striving for high employee engagement and satisfaction. Service delivery responsibilities include developing project strategies, completing MAC intake forms, estimating costs, and coordinating resources with the National MAC Lead. The lead collaborates cross‑functionally, manages schedules, tender packages, health and safety risks, and ensures all moves and decommissioning projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Relationship management focuses on building strong internal and client relationships, maintaining effective communication with contractors, third‑party vendors, and industry bodies, and sustaining a positive recycling and charity database. The lead also leads project calls, distributes minutes, and ensures client satisfaction throughout each engagement. Financial management tasks involve adhering to procurement policies, creating rough order of magnitude budgets, monitoring purchase orders, tracking invoices, and handling diversion revenue from sustainable decommissioning. The lead also prepares milestone billing documents and ensures financial consistency across projects. The role contributes to service delivery development by establishing KPIs, improving processes, and creating playbooks for relocation and furniture installation. Business development duties include curating successful project case studies, guiding marketing material creation, and identifying new opportunities to enhance client and occupant experiences. • Lead and mentor a team of individual contributors, handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation recommendations. • Plan and execute facility moves, adds, changes, and furniture installation projects, including sustainable decommissioning. • Develop project strategies, cost estimates, schedules, and tender packages while managing health and safety risks. • Coordinate with clients, third‑party vendors, and internal teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve satisfaction. • Manage project financials, including budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and diversion revenue. • Track and report project milestones, monthly financials, and KPI performance. • Contribute to business development by curating case studies, creating marketing materials, and identifying new opportunities.

What You Bring
Qualifications include 3‑5 years of experience in moves, adds, changes, furniture installation, and decommissioning, strong communication and leadership abilities, and at least three years of furniture systems knowledge. Candidates must possess advanced project coordination skills, problem‑solving capabilities, business development expertise, and be eligible for federal security clearance; a driver’s license is advantageous. • Possess 3‑5 years of experience in moves, adds, changes, furniture installation, and decommissioning with strong communication and leadership skills. • Hold at least three years of furniture systems knowledge and be eligible for federal security clearance; a driver’s license is a bonus.

This full‑time position offers a salary range of $63,397‑$79,246, with the starting rate based on competencies, experience, and education.
