About the Role

Associate Photographers are responsible for media collection on Homes.com and Apartments.com, using a Matterport Pro 3 camera, digital photography gear, and an iPad to create virtual tours, floorplans, and marketing‑grade photographs. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and works by appointment to scan homes and apartments, while also collaborating with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floorplans using Matterport Pro3 cameras. • Produce high‑quality residential photographs for marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Coordinate with scheduling/dispatch to maximize appointments and meet client demand. • Survey one‑mile square grids for commercial real‑estate data coverage when not on assignments. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring

The position requires up to eight hours of driving, standing, and walking each day, with the ability to lift equipment up to five pounds and perform occasional bending, squatting, and twisting. Photographers must be able to work outdoors year‑round and be available on a rotating weekend schedule. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management. • Minimum 2 years professional experience, including real‑estate photography. • Hold FAA Part 107 Drone license (or obtain within 30 days of offer). • Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and data‑entry accuracy. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to work up to 8 hours daily, lift equipment ≤5 lb, and work weekends on rotating schedule.
