The role involves steering delivery teams, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating internal and external partners to meet ambitious timelines. • Present confidently to Executive Leadership and Business Unit leaders. • Proven experience leading delivery teams on complex projects. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. • Ability to influence and present at executive level. • Expertise in design management and procurement strategies. • Experience with terminals or large‑scale infrastructure (highly desirable). • Strategic thinking with focus on outcomes under pressure.
