About the Role
The Direct Sales Consultant role will identify sales leads and present in‑home presentations on our solar products and services for potential customers. The priority is to make a genuine human connection with customers to qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution for their homes and families. If you enjoy face‑to‑face interaction, engaging customers and working out in the field, this is the job for you. • Develop self‑generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers. • Deliver an industry‑leading sales experience from initial contact through installation and post‑activation. • Conduct in‑home presentations, assess customers’ knowledge and needs, and build lasting relationships. • Manage the sales pipeline from prospect to install, following up on all leads and consultations. • Accurately record and report outcomes using the CRM system. • Achieve minimum sales targets set by leadership.

What You Bring
• At least 1 year of sales or lead‑generation experience; in‑home sales preferred. • Must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record. • Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration. • Willingness to travel within the local market as business needs require. • Comfortable using technology (iPad, computer, multiple software applications); CRM experience a plus.
