About the Role
As a Manufacturing Associate you will visually inspect parts, perform basic assemblies, sort components, deburr parts, and support machining, cleaning, testing, and documentation of fastener products while handling any additional duties assigned by the team. • Visually inspect parts using precision measurement tools. • Perform basic assemblies according to work orders and drawings. • Sort parts by product and quality specifications. • Deburr components. • Support machining, cleaning, testing, and document fastener products.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. • Preferably have 1 year of manufacturing experience. • Able to lift 25 lb frequently. • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail. • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
