About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager role is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution and close-out, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholder expectations, and statutory requirements. It serves as the primary point of contact among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Core duties include leading project planning activities such as scope definition, budget development, scheduling, and resource allocation to create a solid execution framework. The role also coordinates multidisciplinary teams to integrate design inputs and execution strategies, and conducts regular project review meetings during planning, execution, and close-out to resolve issues and approve deliverables on schedule. General responsibilities encompass evaluating execution plans, schedules, cost estimates, and construction methodologies for feasibility, efficiency, and compliance; monitoring progress against approved timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while proactively mitigating risks; and overseeing procurement, contractor onboarding, and contract administration. What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (a master’s in construction management is preferred) and possess at least six years of project-management experience on large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment. A strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methods, and regulatory compliance is required, along with proficiency in project-management software (MSP/Primavera) and MIS/reporting systems. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills are essential to drive teams toward timely, quality delivery. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s preferred) and at least six years of relevant project-management experience. • Demonstrate proficiency in project-management software (MSP/Primavera) and MIS/reporting systems. • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management abilities.
