Senior Technical Solutions Architect - Custom Solutions

About the Role

In this position, you will lead the full architectural design lifecycle, produce system component diagrams, define APIs and data flows, and set integration strategies with platforms such as ERP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. You will mentor development teams, collaborate with analysts and product managers, evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies, and maintain thorough documentation while safeguarding security and regulatory compliance. • Design end-to-end cloud enterprise applications with focus on scalability, performance, and security. • Create high-level architecture diagrams, APIs, integration flows, and data models for custom solutions. • Guide development teams on best practices and enforce architectural standards. • Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and other architects to translate business requirements into technical blueprints. • Integrate cloud platforms with ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, and low-code/no-code tools. • Evaluate emerging AI, automation, and analytics technologies to enhance customer experience. • Produce and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and decision records. • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating technical risks.

What You Bring

The organization seeks an experienced Architect to design complex digital products from concept to deployment. The role bridges business objectives and technical execution, ensuring applications are simple, stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with corporate goals. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess at least seven years of software development and architecture experience, including hands‑on work with AWS, Azure, or GCP. A minimum of five years applying architectural patterns like microservices, event‑driven, and SOA, as well as expertise in cloud security, networking, governance, and ERP/CRM integrations, is required. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities, familiarity with AI‑driven chatbots, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, infrastructure‑as‑code, and proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks and API management, TOGAF certification, and cloud architect credentials such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly valued.
