About the Role

Your primary role is to work with the construction department to ensure projects meet customer specifications and high-quality standards. You will review completed construction projects, address customer concerns and complaints for both in-house crews and subcontractors, verify that all permitting and bonding requirements are satisfied on job sites, and prepare and maintain quality-assurance reports. • Review completed construction projects to confirm they meet customer requirements • Communicate with customers about concerns and complaints for in-house crews and subcontractors • Verify permitting and bonding compliance on all job sites • Prepare and maintain quality-assurance reports • Prioritize safety in daily activities • Deliver work with a high level of quality • Troubleshoot complex problems using a hands-on approach • Participate in long-term projects and collaborate closely with the team
