About the Role

The Housekeeping Inspector maintains an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public common areas while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include inspecting assigned units and public areas, performing written inspections, cleaning as assigned, reporting quality or maintenance issues, and replacing missing inventory items. The role also ensures assets and supplies are secured, assists management with accurate linen and supply inventories, and alerts security to any suspicious activity. • Inspect guest units and public common areas to ensure resort quality standards. • Perform written inspections and document findings as directed by management. • Clean assigned rooms and public spaces to maintain high cleanliness levels. • Report quality issues, maintenance problems, and suspicious activities promptly. • Replace missing inventory items and secure departmental assets and supplies. • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of linen and housekeeping supplies. • Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and management. • Participate in 401(k) plan with company match and employee stock purchase program.

What You Bring

To succeed, you must be able to multitask, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and have at least one year of housekeeping experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Multitask across various housekeeping assignments. • Possess at least one year of housekeeping experience. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
