About the Role
Key duties include greeting visitors, issuing security passes, managing room and video‑conference bookings, processing Wi‑Fi requests, leading emergency evacuations, handling after‑hours safety issues, processing mail and courier items, maintaining stationery supplies, raising maintenance requests, managing visitor parking, and providing reception and meeting‑room support. The position also involves basic administration, contributing to procedure reviews, producing utilisation statistics and ensuring performance meets agreed service‑level agreements. • Greet visitors, record them, and issue security passes. • Manage room bookings and video conference requests. • Process guest Wi‑Fi requests via the online system. • Lead emergency evacuation procedures and handle after‑hours incidents. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. • Maintain stationery inventory and raise maintenance/cleaning work orders. • Allocate visitor parking spaces and support AV/IT equipment. • Provide reception and meeting‑room support across multiple sites. • Perform basic administrative tasks and contribute to procedure reviews. • Produce monthly utilization statistics and ensure SLA compliance. • Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional appearance. • Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and senior executives.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive and passionate about exceptional customer service, with front‑of‑house experience in corporate or 5‑star hotel environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational and multitasking abilities are essential, as are proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic AV/IT knowledge and a clear understanding of health and safety practices. • Operate Microsoft Office and possess basic AV/IT knowledge. • Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Adapt to flexible schedules, covering sites during leave or sickness.
