About the Role

As a Lead Air Source Heat Pump Installer you will oversee domestic installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet key performance indicators and stay within budget. You will minimise waste, maintain commercial awareness, keep the customer at the heart of decisions, provide clear technical guidance, resolve challenges and uphold the highest safety standards. • Lead domestic air source heat pump installations, ensuring timelines, KPIs and budgets are met. • Minimise waste, maintain commercial awareness and prioritize customer experience. • Provide technical guidance, resolve on‑site challenges and uphold high safety standards. • Mentor and support the installation team, setting performance benchmarks.

What You Bring

The role requires extensive experience in domestic ASHP installations, a high competency in heating design, and qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 plumbing, Gas Safe (CCN1, CENWAT), G3 regulations, water regulations and energy efficiency certification. Knowledge of under‑floor heating systems and manufacturer‑specific training is desirable, alongside a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Hold NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent) and relevant gas, water and energy efficiency qualifications. • Demonstrate competency in unvented hot‑water ASHP design, underfloor heating and manufacturer‑specific training.
