Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and out, assessing customer storage needs, suggesting solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They perform daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and keep customers current on payments through reminder and collection calls. • Work flexible/full‑time schedules from 9:30 am to 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm). • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability. • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. • Perform payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including stairs and large doors. • Complete cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas.

What You Bring
