About the Role
The role supports the Customer Service team in managing the company’s sales network and handling administrative tasks to meet customer deadlines. It involves reviewing and sending order verifications and updates, assisting representatives with lead‑time inquiries, expedited orders, tracking, invoices, pricing requests, and high‑priority orders, as well as creating tickets for returns and replacements, obtaining packing slips and freight quotes, and configuring part numbers for Order Management Analysts. • Review and dispatch order verifications and updates. • Assist sales reps with lead‑time, expedited order, tracking, invoice, and pricing inquiries. • Create tickets for returns and replacement orders. • Obtain packing slips and freight quotes from shipping. • Configure part numbers for Order Management Analysts. • Manage high‑priority orders to meet customer deadlines.

What You Bring
