About the Role
As a Security Supervisor you will lead Loss Prevention Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure they have the tools needed to perform their duties. You will respond to incidents, prepare detailed reports, and train both loss prevention staff and resort employees on emergency procedures, security protocols, first aid, and disaster response. Additional duties include developing anti‑theft policies, completing daily security reports, maintaining OSHA compliance, and adhering to regular attendance standards. • Supervise, schedule, and encourage Loss Prevention Associates, providing direction and equipment • Respond to incidents and accidents, completing required reports with statements from involved parties and witnesses • Train Loss Prevention staff on emergency fire procedures, lock system operation, security issue response, use of force, video camera operation, and escort procedures • Provide resort staff training in basic First Aid, CPR, evacuation, fire, and disaster procedures • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to deter and prevent employee theft • Complete daily security reports for the Loss Prevention Manager and maintain accurate SDS labeling and records • Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and regulations • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds at least a high school diploma, has six months of security, law‑enforcement or military experience, and one year of related work experience, along with a valid D driver’s license. Preferred credentials include a Certified Lodging Security Officer designation, three or more years of relevant experience, and an associate degree or equivalent in a hospitality setting. • High School graduate or equivalent experience • Minimum 6 months security, law‑enforcement, or military experience • At least 1 year relevant job experience • Valid D driver’s license • Preferred: Certified Lodging Security Officer with 3+ years experience • Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent experience in hotel/hospitality environment
