About the Role
Plans, coordinates, and supervises field operations of projects. Provides technical direction and is responsible for safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self‑performed work). • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material resources to achieve project goals. • Develop and manage construction plan with project manager for successful execution. • Align project team schedules internally and with subcontractors for monthly updates. • Ensure superintendents optimize workflow for maximum production across trades. • Oversee development of CPM schedule with superintendents and project manager. • Manage procurement process to align with CPM schedule. • Ensure timely completion of punch lists and schedule start‑up/commissioning per owner requirements. • Participate in business development proposals and presentations. • Understand and administer prime contract terms, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Use telephone, computer, email, or other electronic devices to communicate. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Occasionally climb stairs or ladders. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, or carry objects. • Interact with people frequently throughout shift. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for entire shift duration.

What You Bring
• Minimum 10+ years construction project supervision experience. • Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience on projects exceeding $200 million in size. • Wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., steel‑toed shoes, gloves, hard hat). • Frequently reach above shoulder height and below waist.
