About the Role

Based in any GHD office within South QLD or Northern Australia, the partner uses data and collaborates with project delivery, finance, HSE and client services to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives. • Act as trusted advisor, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. • Influence discipline and operational leaders to implement quality practices. • Collaborate with business disciplines to strengthen quality culture and drive top‑quartile performance. • Partner with project delivery, finance, HSE and client services to integrate quality management across functions. • Work with PMO and operations to investigate audit trends, recommend solutions, and enhance understanding. • Lead enterprise and regional quality initiatives, promoting excellence and accountability. • Coordinate efforts to maintain ISO 9001 certification. • Present regional quality performance and continual improvement reports.

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualification in business administration, economics, quality management or related field. • Quality Assurance qualification and knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS requirements. • 5+ years consulting, engineering or project management experience with stakeholder management. • Proven experience designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting QMS initiatives and audits. • Working knowledge of project control procedures, SOPs and regulations. • Strong relationship‑building, coaching, networking and negotiation skills. • Experience in change management and implementation of procedures. • Ability to develop and deliver internal reporting, insights and monitoring tools. • High‑level analytical, judgment and problem‑solving skills.
