About the Role
The Packer is responsible for packing orders at our Parcel, Pack Center, and Flex Center Pack Out Stations using the Flagship system, contributing to an environment that encourages creativity, invention, and discovery. We aim to empower bold, bright professionals to reach their full potential while helping the company achieve its goals. • Utilize packing slips to generate and print move tickers, break down materials, sort styles, verify counts, and restock warehouse locations using RF scanners. • Verify styles and quantities of picked materials, visually inspect products, scan and place them in shipping cartons. • Add packing material to prevent damage and apply packing lists, content labels, and shipping labels as needed. • Resolve discrepancies and research solutions to ensure order accuracy. • Maintain quality workmanship, observe safety procedures, and report unsafe acts. • Perform work of equal or lower classification when required.

What You Bring
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction histories will be considered in compliance with local fair‑chance ordinances, and background checks are only performed after a conditional job offer is extended. • Must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Dallas, TX (active‑duty military exempt); no relocation benefit offered. • Require a high school diploma or GED. • Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center. • Minimum six months of experience operating a forklift, cherry picker, or reach truck. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting; reasonable accommodations may be provided.
