About the Role

• Conduct inspections, testing, and assessments of building enclosures. • Perform air leakage, roofing, and field performance assessments. • Provide construction quality assurance observations and design specification reviews. • Deliver building enclosure commissioning consulting and forensic investigations. • Execute occasional field and laboratory testing. • Interact with senior staff on diverse project teams. • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and client documentation. • Maintain and develop client databases; manage project budgets and invoicing. • Mentor junior staff and promote safe workplace practices with proper PPE. • Lead technically complex, high‑visibility projects.

What You Bring

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited degree or a BS in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field preferred. At least two years of relevant building enclosure consulting experience is required, and IIBEC certifications such as RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, or RBEC are encouraged. • Hold a High School Diploma/GED; B.Arch, M.Arch (NCARB) or BS in Engineering/Building Science preferred. • Minimum 2 years of building enclosure consulting experience. • IIBEC certifications (RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC) are a plus.
